Anna Corder

Anna Lee W. Corder, 96, of Orient, died Sunday, February 11, 2018 in Mt. Carmel West Hospital.  She was born June 11, 1921 in Madison County (Range Township), Ohio. Lifetime member of Sterling Chapter #74 O.E.S.; member of Derby United Methodist Church.  Preceded in death by parents, Harvey Wardell and Mary (Grim) Wardell; husband, George Corder; brother & his wife, Wendell and Betty Wardell; sister & her husband, Betty and Howard Karn. Survived by loving son & daughter-in-law, James (Matt) and Amy Corder; grandchildren Jeremy (Shelby) Corder; Jamie Corder (Calab Cox); great-granddaughter, Kennedi Cox; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend, Rick Haag. A Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt.Sterling.  Rev. Laura Clark of Derby United Methodist Church will officiate.  All are welcome to attend.
