Anthony Gene Caudill, age 56, of Waterloo, died unexpectedly at his home on June 2, 2024. He was born on September 25, 1967, in Washington Court House, Ohio, the son of Gene and Jean (Webb) Caudill. He is preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Doris Willis, granddaughter Abbi Carey, and several cousins. He is survived by the love of his life Yvonne Caudill; sons Nate (Kami) Caudill and Jeremy Grant; daughters Tonya (Matt) Carey and Krystal (Neal) Crabtree; sister Cindy (Rick) Dingus, Christal (Patrick) Caudill-Sells, Shawn (Lisa) Caudill, grandchildren Katelynn, Ryan, Abbigale, Addysun, Bently, Kirra, Mika, Makenna, Willow and Kamdyn. He was loved by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Anthony was always happy and lived life to the fullest. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He spent most of his career working at the Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. He loved fishing, riding Harleys with Yvonne, and spending time with family in Kentucky. Anthony was known as the ultimate joker and prankster. Most of all, Anthony cherished quality time with his family.

The family will receive friends at Porter Tidd Funeral Home, 331 W. Main St. in Mt. Sterling, OH on Friday, June 7th. Visitation from 10:00-12:00 pm and a Service at 12:00. Anthony will be laid to rest at Waterloo Cemetery following the service.
