Betty Jean Barrett Cooper, age 90, of Bloomingburg, Ohio went to the Lord on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. She was the daughter of Ronald Counts Barrett and Lida LeMay Barrett. She was born December 4, 1926 and graduated from Midway High School of Sedalia in 1944. She worked on the farm beside her husband and was employed in offices of several local businesses. She was a Miami Trace School District bus driver for many years and retired from Madison Plains School District as a bus driver. Preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Donald H. Cooper, in September, 1995. Sister, Nancy J. Butz Bradford; Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law, H. Lee and Wilma D. Lindig; Brother-in-Law, Charles W. Cooper; and Nephew, Jack Allen Bradford. Survivors include her children, Barbara Browning of Washington C.H., Beverly (William-Bud) Brown of Bloomingburg, and Lyn (Bob) Warner of Mt. Sterling. Brother-in-Law, Jack Bradford of Sedalia. Grandchildren: Matthew (Jennifer) Thompson, Angela (Cory) Jackson, Ronald (Jill) Warner, Timothy (Jacqueline) Warner, and B.J. (Lindsey) Browning. She also has several Great Grandchildren and nephews and a niece. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00p.m. MONDAY at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt.
