Billy Gill

Billy Clark Gill, age 84, a lifelong resident of Madison County, passed away December 1, 2024. Billy was a retired farmer, former employee of Pleasant Township and Fairfield Township. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening, hunting and his good ole chewing tobacco. Preceded in death by parents Clark and Hilda Gill, loving wife Libby, stepbrother Ivan Neff. Survived by daughter Lori (Ray) Williams, grandchildren Steven (Amber) Scaggs, CJ (Angeline) Williams, Chelsey Williams and Cody (Katrina) Williams, great grandchildren Ari and Wren Scaggs, cousins Susan (Dave) Waggoner and Ned (Patty) Yoakum. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of Billy’s friends and neighbors for all their help and support. Following Billy’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
