Charlene L. Drummond

On the morning of Friday, November 17, 2023, Heaven gained another angel.  Charlene L. Drummond, age 63, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed at home, surrounded by her loving family.  Charlene, most knew her by Char, was a bit of a waterdog.  She loved swimming, boating and traveling.  She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, jamming out and kicking around on the drums, along with spending time with her family and friends, and so much more. 

Charlene was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.  She was a firm believer on our Savior Jesus Christ. 

Char was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer L. “Jenny” Siders, her mother Betty Lou Dailey, her father Charles W. Siders, sister Marry Siders and brother Terry Siders. 

She is survived by her husband John L. Drummond, her son John R. Drummond, her three sisters: Carol, Nancy and Barbra Siders, four brothers: Bill, Robert, Richie and Dale Siders, along with her nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will welcome friends from 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2023 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 (740)-869-2777 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 11:00a.m. FRIDAY.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
