Florence Reno

Florence P. Reno, 89, died naturally in her Mt. Sterling home on February 4, 2018.  She was born October 2, 1928 to the late Estella (Reber) Palm and Carl W. Palm. Florence retired from London Correctional Institution.  She enjoyed golf and playing bridge and euchre, was a member of The United Church and of American Legion Women's Auxiliary. Florence was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert W. Reno, and her siblings Alvin Palm, Sarah Anderson, Marguerite Deming, and Dorothy Wagner. She is survived by their three children, Jackie (William) Joseph, Maria (James) Sandvik, and William Spencer Reno and her brothers, Walt Palm and Ned Palm. A private Memorial service will be held in March. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The United Church, 30 East Columbus Street, Mt. Sterling, OH, 43143.
