Fred Snyder

Fred Snyder, age 70, of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.  Born in Columbus to the late James and Betty Jane Snyder, Fred was a graduate of Westfall High School, Class of 1969.  Fred was a retired truck driver with Porter Drywall having retired after many years of service.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brothers: Eleanor Taylor, James Snyder, Larry Snyder and Tom Snyder.  Fred is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 46 years, Carol Snyder, his children Jeremy (Jane) Snyder, Jaclyn (Dillon Lalonde) Snyder and Justin Snyder, his grandson Leland Joseph Snyder, brother-in-law Melvin Taylor, sister-in-law Joyce Snyder, numerous nieces and nephews, the many loving members of the Woolever and Ransburgh Families, and many wonderful friends including Donald and Dixie Abernathy.  Family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00p.m. WEDNESDAY at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt.
