Frederick “Leon” Probasco, 49, of Grove City, passed away on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 7th, 1975, to the late Frederick L. Probasco and Margaret P. Chadwell Probasco. Leon is survived by his children Brooklyn and Hunter Probasco, sister Melinda Lee Adkins, nephew Brandon Adkins, his best friend and cousin Jason Chadwell, special friend Shelly Ehmann, the mother of his children Tracy Probasco, and extended family members.
Leon graduated from Madison Plains High School in 1993 and dedicated his career to the transportation/shipping industry. Over the past three decades, Leon worked at numerous cargo and transportation companies rising throughout the ranks as time passed.
No one who met Leon forgot his infectious passion for his non-work activities: hunting, fishing, camping, and riding motorcycles.
Throughout his life, Leon took immense pride in his children. Leon constantly showed off images of his children to his coworkers and was often caught bragging about them. He loved his children more than anything in the world and his legacy continues through them.
