Georgia Midgley

Georgia L. Midgley, age 99, of Mt. Sterling, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the Emeritus at Pinnacle in Grove City. Member of The First United Methodist Church of Mt. Sterling and Eastern Star Chapter 74 where she was a past Worthy Grand Matron. Founded Tommy’s Market with her loving husband Thomas M. Midgley. Preceded in death by husband and daughter Shirley Mae Richardson. Survived by daughter Sue (James) Douglas, son-in-law Philip Richardson, grandchildren Phyllis (Robert) Rinsma, Thomas (Kimberly) Richardson, Bruce (Deanna) Richardson, Christopher Douglas, and Andrea (Daniel) Brown, great-grandchildren Lindsey, Steven, Scott, Erin, Tyler, Sarah, Ryan, Max, Eli and Jake, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of many good friends. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 W. Main St. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where a funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday with Pastor Mike Berne officiating. Interment Pleasant Cemetery.
