Gladys M. Marcum

Gladys M. Marcum, age 79, of Mount Sterling, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was a member of the Greenlawn Community Church, and Mount Sterling Eastern Star Lodge 269.

Gladys is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Loney New; and her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her loving husband Howard of 62 years; children, Jimmy (Brenda) Marcum, Mary Dodds, Gary (Melissa) Marcum, and Howard Marcum; brothers, Dennis (Pat) New, and David (Sandy) New; many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and loving friends.

The family will welcome friends on SUNDAY, MARCH 19, 2023, from 3:00-5:00 P.M., at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. MAIN STREET, MOUNT STERLING, OHIO, 43143. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2023, AT 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling, Ohio.
