Gloria Trigg

Gloria Jeanne (Hamrick) Trigg, age 80 passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at The OSU James Cancer Center surrounded by her family.

Gloria is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Michael C. Trigg, and her parents Harold and Elizabeth (Dailey) Hamrick.

Her surviving family includes her sister Carol (Jerry) Sigman and brother-in-law Tom (Diana) Trigg; her three sons Todd (Valerie) Trigg, Bryan Trigg, and Kevin Trigg; her grandchildren, Katie (John) McGinnis, Ciara Trigg, Betsy Trigg, Caleb (Maleah) Trigg, Kole (Kirsten) Trigg, Coral Trigg, Keeley Trigg, Calvin Trigg, and Isabella Telles; her great-grandchildren Cooper, Rynleigh, Greyson, Weston, Kaiden, and soon to arrive Birdie; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Gloria was a member of the Methodist Church. She worked in real estate along with her husband Mike for many years around the Columbus area. She enjoyed traveling, antiquing, collecting and restoring Madam Alexander dolls, and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. MAIN STREET, MOUNT STERLING, OHIO, with burial to immediately follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt Sterling, Ohio.

There will be a gathering after the services for family and friends of Gloria at the Elks Lodge at 2140 Sonora Dr, Grove City, OH 43123

In lieu of flowers the family has asked anyone who would be so inclined to graciously donate to: The Ohio State University James Cancer Center in honor of Gloria.
