Helen D. Stage

Helen D. Stage, 71 of Mount Sterling, Ohio entered the gates of Heaven on December 28th, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones at Berger Hospital.  Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Robert E. Stage,  parents Tive & Tennessee Hinkle, sisters Opal (Eddie) Boggs, Ellen Hinkle, Ada (Don) Sluss, Georgia Hinkle, Margie (Kenneth) Whitaker, Betty Jo (Bryant) Waller, Oma (Rollie) Whiting, brothers James (Deborah) Hinkle, Herman Hinkle and Nelson Hinkle. In-laws Tuddy Stage, Ruth (Denny) Pryor, Sonny Houser, Bill (Carolyn) Stage, Jack Cassell and Paul Calloway. Survived by son Robert (Cindy) Stage, daughter Stacey (Dustin) Hutchinson, Daughter in law Angie (Burgoon) Stage. Grandchildren Ciara (Seth) Stage, Dylan (Hailey) Stage, R.J. Laird, Destiny Rooker, Devin Hutchinson, Gabby Andrews, Cayne Caudill, Angelo Guay, & Kylee Hutchinson. Sister Maggia (Johnny) Hinkle, in laws Mary (Stan) Brixey, Minnie Calloway, Elizabeth Houser, Linda (Chuck Bryson) Overfield, Fred Stage, & Benny Stage. A life long best friend Wanda Jean Morris. Special nieces Brenda Stratton & Michelle Ball. Special daughters Ashley, Deena, Sheryl, & Shawn. Along with Special caretakers Pickaway Dialysis Center, Timie & Sarah. Helen was loved by her community. She loved everyone and she loved the Lord. She was such a caring person, always making blankets for everyone’s newborn children. Her legacy will always be remembered by everyone she knew. Everyone loved her as she loved everyone.  Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00p.m. TUESDAY at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt.
