Keith C. Nutt

Keith C."KC" Nutt, 46, of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on April 12, 2018, at his residence with his wife and family by his side. KC is survived by wife, Darla and two sons Keith Michael and Matthew. Also sharing in the grief is his father, Jimmie Lee Nutt, sisters Sherinda "Pinky" Bevens (Chris), and Narene "Susie" Nutt, all of London, Ohio.

KC is also survived by father and mother in law, F. "Ozzie" (Jane) Osborne, sisters-in-law, Deena Gray and Danelle McGraw as well as beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great niece and friends.

KC was preceded in death by his Mother, Rosalee "Rose" Nutt, Mother-in-law Delores "Diane" (still living, Jim) Buchanan, Grandparents Harold Sr & Bessie Anderson, Ronald & Betty Jane Nutt, Great-Grandparents Burkey & Rhoda Anderson, George & Pearl Caldwell, Ronald Sr & Pearl Nutt, also Tim & Susie Delgarn.

KC was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Dallas Cowboys fan and when possible he liked to hunt and fish.

The following is a heartfelt message from his son Michael "Mikey" about his father:

"Today is a very unfortunate day for me. Not many people on my Facebook know, but my father had been battling a grade 4 brain tumor for the last 2 months. Well, unfortunately today that battle was lost and my father has passed away. This is the hardest thing I think I've ever had to go through. This was a guy who wasn't necessarily my best friend all the time, but was somebody who pushed me to my very limits to turn me into the person I am today. Without my father these past 19 years I'm sure I would be somebody completely different. Me and my father never really had the absolute best relationship but it never changed the fact that I loved him with all my heart. The worst part is that all this happened so fast and unexpectedly. I never thought this day would come for years and years. I'm gonna be so lost without my "old man". So Rest in Peace "Big Man". I LOVE YOU DAD."

A celebration of life for KC will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018. The family will receive relatives and friends at 1:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm. The services will be held at Porter - Tidd Funeral Home, 331 W. Main Street, Mt. Sterling, Ohio 43143.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to The Loving Care Hospice of London, in Keith's name.
