Lilley Evelyn Wilkins, age 86 of Mt. Sterling died Saturday, January 7, 2012 in Mt. Carmel West Medical Center. She was born January 8, 1925 in Lower Salem, Ohio.
Preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Eva (Stanley) Ball; husband Grover H. Wilkins; son Bill Wilkins; sisters Viola Armentrout and Dorothy Firestone.
She is survived by sons Grover Wilkins, Jr. of Mt. Sterling, Robert Ellsworth Wilkins of Rocky Fork; daughter-in-law, Patricia Wilkins of Washington C.H.; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister Mary Lou Dingus of Mt. Sterling; brother Clarence Ball, Jr. of Pickerington; special friends Karen Capehart and Diana Wilkins.
A Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Concord Cemetery. Pastor Keith Clary officiating the service. Visitation will be held Tuesday 4 – 7 p.m. at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
