Linda Sue Mason

Linda Sue “Simmons” Mason, age 68, of Mt. Sterling, passed away October 19, 2011. Member of VFW Post, Harrisburg, OH and Eagles Post 950, London, OH. Preceded in death by husband Patrick Leeroy 2008, parents Kenneth and Nellie Simmons and brother Paul Simmons. Survived by children James M. Green, II, Kenneth Patrick (Beth) Mason, Jr., Masonya Roberts and Christen (Ted Wilson) Mason, sister Betty Ponchellia, grandchildren Patricia, Jason, Bryan, Bradley, Lanie and Tank, brother-in-law Elmer Mason and sister-in-law Cora Willis, best friend Judy Butcher and many loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 2-5 pm Sunday at PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main St., Mt. Sterling, OH; where funeral service will be held 11 am Monday with Rev. Dortha Ross officiating. Burial Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Madison County Humane Society.
