Linda Mobley

Linda Marie (Darrow) Mobley of Mount Sterling, Ohio, formerly Columbus, Ohio, born December 10, 1946, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, surrounded by her uncle Odis Marlowe and her aunt Mae Marlowe. She worked at Battelle Memorial Institute, General Motors, and the Ohio House of Representatives. 

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Emily (Marlowe) and Bob Darrow, and her daughter Stephanie (Mobley) Carter. 

She is survived by her sisters Brenda and Karen Darrow, her brother Bobbie Darrow, her nephew Jeff Wilburn, her niece Beth (Wilburn) Snare, and her great-nieces Bronwyn and Waverly Snare, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, THURSDAY, November 21, 2024, with Chaplain Dee Harris officiating at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main Street, Mount Sterling, Ohio, 43143. Burial will follow at the Harrison Township Cemetery, Ashville, Ohio.
