Margaret L,. Smith, age 83, died Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Fayette County Memorial Hospital (ER). She was born February 15, 1931 in Orient, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Sterlie and Mary (Benson) Bush.
Also preceding her in death was husband Richard, son Tim Smith and daughter Amy Smith.
She is survived by her children; Beverly (Mike) Riley of Jacksonville, FL., Rick (Bonnie) Smith of Palm Bay, FL., Roger (Melissa) Smith of Madison Mills, OH., and Mike (Maryann) Smith of Melrose, OH.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; brother Sterlie (Betty) Bush of Mt. Sterling; sister Mary Jane Brodie of Grove City.
A Funeral service will be held 10:00 am on Monday, February 9, 2015 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Dan Shipley officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 - 5 pm.
