Margaret Faye Sockman, age 58 of Mt. Sterling died Wednesday evening, October 3, 2012 at her residence. She was born Nov. 2, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Maxine (Scott) Burchett; grandmother Margaret Menshousen.
Survived by husband, Terry Sockman; sons Daniel Sockman and Joseph Burchett; sister Shirley (Jack) Sockman; special nephew & caregiver, James Linville; special nephew, Charlie Sockman; special friends Kenny and Sandra Smith and the Porter family.
A Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Kenny Smith officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 – 5 p.m.
