Mary Jane Evans

Mary Jane Evans (Brown), age 76, of Orient, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, August 26, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph Evans; father Glen Brown, mother, Catherine Ricer; and brothers, Glen Jr. and Jackie Brown. Survived by step-son, Marvin Evans; daughters, Kathy Christman and Cheryl (Jan) Taylor; son, Greg (Lisa) Evans; grandchildren, Jody Evans, Jan Michael Taylor, Joseph (Aarika) Taylor, Janelle (Jeff) Gillispie, Jeffrey Christman, Gregory and Lacey Evans; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Toledo, Jadelynn and Jenaveive Gillispie, Zachary Taylor and Jacob Hatfield; niece, Glenda (Jamie) Durshum; along with loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 pm at THE PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 W. Main St. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am.
