Mary Ferrell

Mary Kathryn Ferrell passed away gracefully in her home on December 7, 2023, in her 81st year. She was the beloved wife of Lannie for 63 inspiring years and the much-loved mother of Tammy McDowell and Teresa Lucas. Mary was the cherished grandmother of Lacy (Danny), Tyler (Kristy), Caleb (Christine), Justin (Brittany), Travis (Katy), Cody (Abbie) and Connor (Basia). She was also the blessed great grandmother of Christian, Austin, Madison, Oaklee, Gabe, Emma, Paul, Pearl, Trace and Quinn. Mary was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ida Lacy. She will be remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her sisters Edna and Betty (Bob) and her special sister-in-law Shirley. The youngest of twelve children, Mary will be reunited with her siblings Thomas, Charles, Ralph, Ruth, Millard, Robert, Gene, Johnny and Don.

A memorial service will be held for immediate family members at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. A burial will take place at Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
