Mary Lou Wilson, age 82 of Mt. Sterling died Sunday, March 6, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 9, 1933 in Fayette County. She was formerly employed at Orient State and a retired beautician.
Preceded in death by her parents John L. and Bessie (Pettit) Coy; husband Wayne Wilson, Sr.; siblings Gene, Jerry, Herb, and Delores Coy.
Survived by children Pamela Jo Wilson, Wayne Wilson, Jr., Jerry Wilson, Doug Wilson, Alfred Hill, Lynette Wilson and Jeanette Woodruff; siblings Roger Coy, Jim Coy, Ralph Coy and Joann Carr; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Dortha Ross and Billy Warner officiating with the interment following in Waterloo Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, March 9th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
