Michael E. Taylor

Michael E. Taylor, age 67 of Mount Sterling, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 22 2023. Michael was a Veteran of the United States Army. He loved fishing, gardening, motorcycle rides and spending time with his friends and family. He was a proud Dad and Grandpa. Michael was preceded in death by his wife Sharon R. Taylor, his father Charles Taylor Jr., mother Martha Wallace, brother Raymond (Diane) Taylor, and brother Gary Lee Taylor, sister Suzy (Dick) Jennings and beloved Aunts and Uncles. Michael is survived by his daughter Mary (Ronald) Carr, grandson Austin Carr, his son Charles Taylor, sisters Sarah (Jeff) Rings, Sheila (Gordy) Jewell, brother Lee Taylor and several other close family members and friends that were very dear to his heart.

Family will receive friends from 5-7pm. FRIDAY, APRIL 28, 2023 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME. 331 West Main St. Mount Sterling, OH 43143. His Funeral Service will follow at 7:00p.m. with Pastor Jim Blankenship, officiating. Private family burial will be observed.
