Richard L.Morgan, age 87 of Mt. Sterling passed away February 4, 2016. A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Mt. Sterling First Church of the Nazarene. The interment will follow in Darbyville Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 4 - 7 pm at the church. The family is being served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling.
