GRAHAM Robert Arlan Graham, 77 of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, passed away suddenly, Saturday, September 1, 2012, at Madison County Hospital.
He was born January 28, 1935, in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, the son of the late Robert and Phyllis (Dillon) Graham.
Bob retired from the United States Post Office in 1997 after 36 ½ years as a rural carrier. Bob’s loves in life were his wife, Carolyn, his children and grandchildren, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and his pugs.
He was a member of K of P lodge; Central Ohio Kennel Club, past board member; Ohio Pug Rescue, founding member, past board member.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three sons, Steven Graham, Ty (Rhonda) Graham, and Gary (Peggy) Graham, all of Mt. Sterling; five grandchildren, Bobby, Brian, J.B., Shania, and Heath; one great-grandchild, Zachary; brother Bill (Kay) Graham; nephew, Bill George (Sheila) Graham; niece, Katrina (Dale) Frey; and many friends.
Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, Ohio, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Interment to follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
Casual dress requested for calling hours and funeral.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio Pug Rescue, 1037 Acton Road, Columbus, Ohio 43224, in memory of Bob Graham.
