Teresa Lynn Mullins

Teresa Lynn Mullins (Brown) was born to Larry and Juanita Brown on Wednesday, October 17, 1962, in Washington Court House, Fayette County, Ohio. She passed on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She is survived by her father Lawrence Brown, mother Juanita Brown, brother Michael Brown, sister-in-law Angela Brown, son Zachary Smiley and son-in-law Josh Smiley, step-daughter Mindy Mullins, three beautiful grandchildren, one niece, one nephew and very close friend Bob Moats. She loved frogs, cooking, and taking care of her friends and family. She was a wonderful friend, mother, aunt, sister, daughter, and grandmother. Teresa was preceded in death by her best friend and husband Rick Mullins. Family will receive friends from 4:00p.m.-6:00p.m. TUESDAY, MAY 25, 2021 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 (740)-869-2777 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Jim Blankenship will officiate the service.
