Vernon T. Smith Jr., age 58, of Seminole FL, passed away at 11:55 Saturday, July 2, 2016.
He was born on August 7, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio, the only child to Vernon Smith and Barbara (Manning) Smith.
He loved to sit on his back patio which was referred to as "Vern's World", watching Nascar/Tampa Bay Rays baseball/Ohio State Buckeyes football, go fishing, bowling and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 29 years Rhonda (Johnson) Smith, daughter Ashley Marie Smith of Seminole, his grandbabies Liam, Addison and Kayden and mother Barbara.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm on Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home. Family will receive friends one hour prior to time of service. He will be laid to rest in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt Sterling Ohio
