Weltha M. Folsom, age 93 of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday evening, October 16, 2012 at her residence. She was born Dec. 21, 1918 in Madison County. She was the daughter of the late Ellet and Elizabeth (Rader) Wickline.
Weltha was a member of the Mt. Sterling First Church of the Nazarene.
Preceded in death by husband, William H. Folsom; sisters Gladys Tresenrider, Lorene Gerard, Carolyn Myers, Frances (Fran) Follrod; brothers John and Allen Wickline.
She is survived by sons Ray (Paula) Folsom of Mt. Sterling, Dale (Barbara) Folsom of Columbus; 4 grandchildren Sarah (Christopher) Blanda, Elizabeth Folsom (Bennett) Musselman, Ryan (Emily) Folsom, and Johnathan Folsom; great-grandchildren, Jackson Christopher Blanda and Lane Thomas Musselman; sisters Lucille (Ed) Junk of Canton, Alice (Bill) Spohn of Centerville; brothers Carl (Marian) Wickline of Mesquite, NV., Paul (Dolly) Wickline of Mt. Sterling; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Dortha Ross officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 4 – 7 p.m.
