William Stage

William T. "Bill"Stage, age 71, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at his residence. He was born May 21, 1944 in Pickaway County. Son of the late Benjamin and Mary (Neal) Stage.
Also preceding him in death was wife Carolyn; son James; brother Robert Stage and sister Ruth Pryor.
He is survived by daughter Brenda Stratton (Deryk Wilson) Ron Stratton; son Billy Joe (Holly) Stage; brothers & sisters Benny Stage, Fred Stage, Jack Cassell, Liz Houser, Minnie Calloway, Mary Brixley and Linda Overfield; grandchildren RT (Felisha) Stratton, JT Stratton, Caitlyn Stage, Blair Brainard, Amber (Chad) Roades, John (Crystal) Brayshaw; great-grandchildren Olivia Fultz, Kylie & Carlee Stratton, Cameron & Corbin Roades, and Jimmy Brayshaw; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral service will be held 10:30 am on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. The interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, Feb. 19 from 4 - 8 pm.
